How am I ranked?

Your Fin Club rank is based on your Lifetime Point accumulation, which is the running total of all points you've earned since joining the program. The rank is broken down into 3 time frames, weekly, monthly, and all-time, to give you deeper insight into how you stack up against the competition.

                                            

How do I earn Fin Club points?

Earning Fin Club points is super easy. Simply visit the activities section of the website, click on any activity tile, and follow the specific set of instructions to complete the activity and earn points!

 

Do my redeemable Fin Club points expire?

Redeemable Fin Club points do expire in the event that your account remains inactive for a total of 1 year. For your account to be defined as active you must login to your Fin Club account at least once within the 1 year period

 

How do I know if I won a sweepstakes or auction from the rewards section?

Winners of a sweepstakes or auction will be notified within 1 business day of the reward window ending. Winners may be notified by telephone and/or email.

What is status?

Status is based on your Lifetime point accumulation. When you reach certain point milestones, you will achieve new levels of status. Status may be accompanied by a point bonus or a reward.

What is the difference between Redeemable Fin Club points and Lifetime Fin Club points?

Redeemable points are the points you have available to spend on rewards, auctions, and sweepstakes. Lifetime points are the total amount of points you have accumulated since opening your account. Points used on rewards are not subtracted from your Lifetime points total; they are however subtracted from your redeemable points.

 

Where do I go to redeem my Fin Club points?

Click on the Rewards link at the top of this page to view the reward catalog. 

While most rewards can be redeemed immediately if you have enough yards, there are two exceptions: 

Auction - Use your points to place bids on an item. At the conclusion of the auction, the highest bidder wins the reward, while all other bidders get their yards refunded. 

Sweepstakes - Redeem your points for sweepstakes entries – the more entries you have, the better your chances of winning!

How will I receive the items I redeem with my points?

Mailable rewards will be sent to the mailing address specified in your profile. 

If you redeem a reward that requires additional coordination, a Fin Club staff member will contact you within 1 business day.
